1 여호와께서 모세에게 말씀하여 이르시되
주님께서 말씀하셨다.
Then the LORD said to Moses:
2 너는 첫째 달 초하루에 성막 곧 회막을 세우고
"너는 첫째 달 초하루에 성막 곧 회막을 세워라.
"Set up the tabernacle, the Tent of Meeting, on the first day of the first month.
3 또 증거궤를 들여놓고 또 휘장으로 그 궤를 가리고
그리고 거기에 증거궤를 들여놓고, 휘장을 쳐서, 그 궤를 가려라.
Place the ark of the Testimony in it and shield the ark with the curtain.
4 또 상을 들여놓고 그 위에 물품을 진설하고 등잔대를 들여놓아 불을 켜고
또 너는 상을 가져다가 격식대로 차려 놓고, 등잔대를 가져다가 그 위에 등잔불을 올려놓아라.
Bring in the table and set out what belongs on it. Then bring in the lampstand and set up its lamps.
5 또 금 향단을 증거궤 앞에 두고 성막 문에 휘장을 달고
또 금 분향단을 증거궤 앞에 놓고, 성막 어귀에 휘장을 달아라.
Place the gold altar of incense in front of the ark of the Testimony and put the curtain at the entrance to the tabernacle.
6 또 번제단을 회막의 성막 문 앞에 놓고
번제단은 성막 곧 회막 어귀 앞에 가져다 놓아라.
"Place the altar of burnt offering in front of the entrance to the tabernacle, the Tent of Meeting;
7 또 물두멍을 회막과 제단 사이에 놓고 그 속에 물을 담고
회막과 제단 사이에는 물두멍을 놓고, 거기에 물을 채워라.
place the basin between the Tent of Meeting and the altar and put water in it.
8 또 뜰 주위에 포장을 치고 뜰 문에 휘장을 달고
회막 주위로 울타리를 만들고, 거기에 휘장을 치고, 동쪽 울타리에다 낸 정문에는 막을 드리워라.
Set up the courtyard around it and put the curtain at the entrance to the courtyard.
9 또 관유를 가져다가 성막과 그 안에 있는 모든 것에 발라 그것과 그 모든 기구를 거룩하게 하라 그것이 거룩하리라
너는 예식용 기름을 가져다가, 성막과 거기에 딸린 모든 것에 발라서, 성막과 그 모든 기구를 거룩하게 구별하여라. 그러면 그것이 거룩하게 될 것이다.
"Take the anointing oil and anoint the tabernacle and everything in it; consecrate it and all its furnishings, and it will be holy.
10 너는 또 번제단과 그 모든 기구에 발라 그 안을 거룩하게 하라 그 제단이 지극히 거룩하리라
너는 번제단과 그 모든 기구에 기름을 발라, 제단을 성별하여라. 그러면 제단이 가장 거룩하게 될 것이다.
Then anoint the altar of burnt offering and all its utensils; consecrate the altar, and it will be most holy.
11 너는 또 물두멍과 그 받침에 발라 거룩하게 하고
너는 물두멍과 그 밑받침에 기름을 발라, 그것들을 성별하여라.
Anoint the basin and its stand and consecrate them.
12 너는 또 아론과 그 아들들을 회막 문으로 데려다가 물로 씻기고
너는 아론과 그의 아들들을 회막 어귀로 데려다가, 목욕을 하게 하여라.
"Bring Aaron and his sons to the entrance to the Tent of Meeting and wash them with water.
13 아론에게 거룩한 옷을 입히고 그에게 기름을 부어 거룩하게 하여 그가 내게 제사장의 직분을 행하게 하라
그리고 너는 아론에게 거룩한 옷을 입게 하고, 그에게 기름을 붓고, 그를 거룩하게 구별하여, 제사장으로서 나를 섬기게 하여라.
Then dress Aaron in the sacred garments, anoint him and consecrate him so he may serve me as priest.
14 너는 또 그 아들들을 데려다가 그들에게 겉옷을 입히고
그의 아들들을 데려다가, 그들에게 속옷을 입혀라.
Bring his sons and dress them in tunics.
15 그 아버지에게 기름을 부음 같이 그들에게도 부어서 그들이 내게 제사장의 직분을 행하게 하라 그들이 기름 부음을 받았은즉 대대로 영원히 제사장이 되리라 하시매
그리고 네가 그들의 아버지에게 기름을 부은 것과 같이, 그들에게 기름을 부어라. 그러면 그들이 나를 섬기는 제사장이 될 것이다. 그들은 기름부음을 받음으로써, 대대로 영원히 제사장직을 맡게 된다."
Anoint them just as you anointed their father, so they may serve me as priests. Their anointing will be to a priesthood that will continue for all generations to come."
16 모세가 그같이 행하되 곧 여호와께서 자기에게 명령하신 대로 다 행하였더라
모세는 주님께서 그에게 명하신 것을 모두 그대로 하였다.
Moses did everything just as the LORD commanded him.
17 둘째 해 첫째 달 곧 그 달 초하루에 성막을 세우니라
마침내 제 이 년 첫째 달 초하루에 성막을 세웠는데,
So the tabernacle was set up on the first day of the first month in the second year.
18 모세가 성막을 세우되 그 받침들을 놓고 그 널판들을 세우고 그 띠를 띠우고 그 기둥들을 세우고
모세는 밑받침을 놓고, 널빤지를 맞추고, 가로다지를 꿰고, 기둥을 세워, 성막을 완성하였다.
When Moses set up the tabernacle, he put the bases in place, erected the frames, inserted the crossbars and set up the posts.
19 또 성막 위에 막을 펴고 그 위에 덮개를 덮으니 여호와께서 모세에게 명령하신 대로 되니라
또 성막 위에 막을 펴고, 그 위에 덮개를 덮었다. 이는 주님께서 모세에게 명하신 대로 한 것이다.
Then he spread the tent over the tabernacle and put the covering over the tent, as the LORD commanded him.
20 그는 또 증거판을 궤 속에 넣고 채를 궤에 꿰고 속죄소를 궤 위에 두고
그렇게 한 다음에, 증거판을 가져다가 궤 안에 넣고, 그 궤에 채를 꿰고, 궤 위에 속죄판을 덮었다.
He took the Testimony and placed it in the ark, attached the poles to the ark and put the atonement cover over it.
21 또 그 궤를 성막에 들여놓고 가리개 휘장을 늘어뜨려 그 증거궤를 가리니 여호와께서 모세에게 명령하신 대로 되니라
궤를 성막 안에 들여놓고, 휘장을 쳐서 증거궤를 막았다. 이는 주님께서 모세에게 명하신 대로 한 것이다.
Then he brought the ark into the tabernacle and hung the shielding curtain and shielded the ark of the Testimony, as the LORD commanded him.
22 그는 또 회막 안 곧 성막 북쪽으로 휘장 밖에 상을 놓고
회막 안, 성막의 북쪽 면, 휘장 바깥에 상을 들여놓았다.
Moses placed the table in the Tent of Meeting on the north side of the tabernacle outside the curtain
23 또 여호와 앞 그 상위에 떡을 진설하니 여호와께서 모세에게 명령하신 대로 되니라
상 위에는 주님께 바치는 빵을 차려 놓았다. 이것은 주님께서 모세에게 명하신 대로 한 것이다.
and set out the bread on it before the LORD, as the LORD commanded him.
24 그는 또 회막 안 곧 성막 남쪽에 등잔대를 놓아 상과 마주하게 하고
회막 안의 상 맞은쪽, 성막의 남쪽 면에 등잔대를 놓고,
He placed the lampstand in the Tent of Meeting opposite the table on the south side of the tabernacle
25 또 여호와 앞에 등잔대에 불을 켜니 여호와께서 모세에게 명령하신 대로 되니라
주님 앞에 등잔을 올려놓았다. 이것은 주님께서 모세에게 명하신 대로 한 것이다.
and set up the lamps before the LORD, as the LORD commanded him.
26 그가 또 금 향단을 회막 안 휘장 앞에 두고
금제단을 회막 안, 휘장 안에 들여놓고,
Moses placed the gold altar in the Tent of Meeting in front of the curtain
27 그 위에 향기로운 향을 사르니 여호와께서 모세에게 명령하신 대로 되니라
그 위에 향기로운 향을 피웠다. 이것은 주님께서 모세에게 명하신 대로 한 것이다.
and burned fragrant incense on it, as the LORD commanded him.
28 그는 또 성막 문에 휘장을 달고
또 성막 어귀에 막을 달고,
Then he put up the curtain at the entrance to the tabernacle.
29 또 회막의 성막 문 앞에 번제단을 두고 번제와 소제를 그 위에 드리니 여호와께서 모세에게 명령하신 대로 되니라
성막 곧 회막 어귀에 번제단을 놓고, 그 위에 번제물과 곡식제물을 바쳤다. 이것은 주님께서 모세에게 명하신 대로 한 것이다.
He set the altar of burnt offering near the entrance to the tabernacle, the Tent of Meeting, and offered on it burnt offerings and grain offerings, as the LORD commanded him.
30 그는 또 물두멍을 회막과 제단 사이에 두고 거기 씻을 물을 담고
회막과 제단 사이에 물두멍을 놓고, 거기에 씻을 물을 채웠다.
He placed the basin between the Tent of Meeting and the altar and put water in it for washing,
31 모세와 아론과 그 아들들이 거기서 수족을 씻되
모세와 아론과 아론의 아들들이 그 물로 손과 발을 씻었는데,
and Moses and Aaron and his sons used it to wash their hands and feet.
32 그들이 회막에 들어갈 때와 제단에 가까이 갈 때에 씻었으니 여호와께서 모세에게 명령하신 대로 되니라
회막에 들어갈 때와 단에 가까이 갈 때에 그렇게 씻었다. 이것은 주님께서 모세에게 명하신 대로 한 것이다.
They washed whenever they entered the Tent of Meeting or approached the altar, as the LORD commanded Moses.
33 그는 또 성막과 제단 주위 뜰에 포장을 치고 뜰 문에 휘장을 다니라 모세가 이같이 역사를 마치니
울타리를 만들어서 성막과 제단을 둘러싸고, 동쪽 울타리에다가 낸 정문에는 막을 달아 가렸다. 이렇게 모세는 모든 일을 다 마쳤다.
Then Moses set up the courtyard around the tabernacle and altar and put up the curtain at the entrance to the courtyard. And so Moses finished the work.
34 구름이 회막에 덮이고 여호와의 영광이 성막에 충만하매
그 때에 구름이 회막을 덮고, 주님의 영광이 성막에 가득 찼다.
Then the cloud covered the Tent of Meeting, and the glory of the Lord filled the tabernacle.
35 모세가 회막에 들어갈 수 없었으니 이는 구름이 회막 위에 덮이고 여호와의 영광이 성막에 충만함이었으며
모세는, 회막에 구름이 머물고, 주님의 영광이 성막에 가득 찼으므로, 거기에 들어갈 수 없었다.
Moses could not enter the Tent of Meeting because the cloud had settled upon it, and the glory of the LORD filled the tabernacle.
36 구름이 성막 위에서 떠오를 때에는 이스라엘 자손이 그 모든 행진하는 길에 앞으로 나아갔고
이스라엘 자손은 구름이 성막에서 걷히면 진을 거두어 가지고 떠났다.
In all the travels of the Israelites, whenever the cloud lifted from above the tabernacle, they would set out;
37 구름이 떠오르지 않을 때에는 떠오르는 날까지 나아가지 아니하였으며
그러나 구름이 걷히지 않으면, 걷힐 때까지 떠나지 않았다.
but if the cloud did not lift, they did not set out-until the day it lifted.
38 낮에는 여호와의 구름이 성막 위에 있고 밤에는 불이 그 구름 가운데에 있음을 이스라엘의 온 족속이 그 모든 행진하는 길에서 그들의 눈으로 보았더라
그들이 길을 가는 동안에, 낮에는 주님의 구름이 성막 위에 있고, 밤에는 구름 가운데 불이 있어서, 이스라엘 온 자손의 눈 앞을 밝혀 주었다.
So the cloud of the LORD was over the tabernacle by day, and fire was in the cloud by night, in the sight of all the house of Israel during all their travels.
